Nomination

We will nominate a suitable adjudicator from our panel at no charge.

Our panel comprise solicitors, barristers, architects, engineers, surveyors and other built environment professionals that have undergone adjudication training and are qualified and competent to sit as an adjudicator.

Please complete the application for nomination form and email it to nominations@ukadjudicators.co.uk together with the notice to seek adjudication and relevant extracts of the contract.

If you wish to use the Construction Industry Council Low Value Disputes Model Adjudication Procedure (CIC LVD MAP) please go to the page on this website. https://www.ukadjudicators.co.uk/cic-lvd-map . You will have to pay a nomination fee of £250.00, but the adjudicator's fees will be capped as per the MAP.
